Requirements
To process your refund process, please submit the following documents required by the State of Texas:
Receipts
Original receipts from participating stores. Purchases made within 30 days of your departure date.
Merchandise
Bring the purchased merchandise, new and unused.
Travel Documents
Travel documents: Passport, VISA, I-94 or entry stamp, ESTA, Global Entry, INE or IFE (Mexicans processing in border counties only).
Travel Information
Flight information or transportation information (electronic ticket, itinerary or bus ticket).
